Philip has over 30 years’ experience in investment banking.

Over this time he has been responsible for a number of Australia’s largest and most complex advisory, mergers and acquisition and capital market transactions. These roles have included transactions across the banking, insurance, financial services, transport, mining, aviation, property, brewing and retail sectors.

He has held board positions on a number of public and private companies in Australia and overseas including companies going through initial public offering (IPO) processes. Philip joined Yorkway Private over 8 years ago. He brings a strong understanding of the strategic issues facing companies and directors both in an executive and non-executive capacity – including growth strategies, capital requirements and investment returns.
