Welcome Jessie McIvor and Darcy Howard

We’re pleased to welcome Jessie McIvor and Darcy Howard to our Private Debt team.

Yorkway Private is committed to investment and excellence. We continue to grow and invest in our team and are excited to attract two high calibre professionals into our team.

Jessie McIvor joins Yorkway Private from LendLease, where she spent nine years in various roles. Jessie is a passionate and highly experienced debt and real estate funds management professional with exceptionally strong technical skills.

Jessie holds a Master of Finance degree from the University of New South Wales and a Batchelor of Business from University of Technology, Sydney and is a member of the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand.

Darcy Howard joins Yorkway Private from NAB, where he spent three years in various roles within the Corporate Real Estate team. Prior to this, Darcy spent four years with Jones Lang LaSalle. Darcy has strong technical skills coupled with an excellent understanding of real estate markets and structured real estate transactions.

Darcy holds two Bachelor degrees in Business Management and Commerce from the University of Queensland. Darcy is also an Associate of the Australian Property Institute, a member of the Asia Pacific Loans Markets Association and is a Certified Practising Valuer.
