Insurance House is one of Australia’s largest independently owned general insurance brokers and specialist underwriting agencies. Insurance House Group has over 30,000 SME and regional clients and gross written premium of over $300 million per annum.
Yorkway acquired a significant strategic shareholding in 2018 and has been working with the board and senior management, led by CEO Jay Fereday, to drive growth in the business.
Yorkway exited this investment in 2022, delivering a gross IRR and MoM of 39% and 3.6x respectively.
